Parties and happenings
Lately there has been a lot of different sort of parties. Fathers day, my birthday, kids gyms 50 year b-day, Finland's independence day and soon already Christmas!!

Kids sure loved the cake and couldn't wait to get their hands on it!!
Both Aleksi and Laura are now a part of Alppilan Salamat a local gym association. They both love it and this year the association had its 50th birthday and they arranged a great party show for everyone. It's amazing what the kids do!!! Just up, down, and around they go! I'd faint half way..... and land on my but... not that I would ever even have enough power to get my body off the floor LOL
Winter also came and it's been a little bit cooler lately. On a lovely weekend we went to Seurasaari for a Christmas path happening. It was wonderfully organized happening with different checkpoints with happenings.
First checkpoint had these birds swimming since the sea wasn't frozen yet last weekend... now a week later it is!!

Horse riding with the kids and traditional Finnish Christmas porridge.
And they had even made a snow art on the ground. It was a labyrinth of snowballs. For some reason all the kids were gathered around this one!!
Luckily the snow fell on the ground just a little after this happening and now there is enough to play around for the kids outside. Not much, but a little 
We also met our lovely Aussie-Finnish friends in the happening and their little newborn baby boy. Awwww how cute they are!!!! Dangerous this age, very dangerous LOL
